Initiating and Managing Support Sessions

  1. Head to the Clients list from the top navigation bar:
  2. Head to the Support Session tab. A list will appear with pending sessions. Choose the session you want to start and click on Start.
  3. Enter the OTP provided to you by the client's user.
  4. A new support session will start. To end it, click on End on the top session bar.

Viewing Support Session History​

  1. Head to the Clients list from the top navigation bar:
  2. Head to Support Sessions History Tab. A list will appear with past sessions containing:
  • When each session was started.
  • The client organization that requested the session.
  • The name of the user who requested the session.
  • The Support Agent who was responsible for the session.
  • Who ended the session.
  • The session's duration.
  • The session's end time.
